General tapping is great to use in the moment to calm your nerves system. Unfortunately, many of us are walking around with programming from our childhood when our brains were making decisions with black and white thinking. As you can imagine, the programming we set as children, do not adequately serve us as adults. Tapping with generalized scripts do not address the programming of the past. To access, release, and rewire these limiting beliefs, stuck emotions, and patterns, it is necessary to be detailed and specific, without going too deep into the topic. What holds you back is a specific belief or memory (whether you’re aware of it or not) that is stored in your brain telling you that you must function in this way to stay safe. Using EFT we can gently access those beliefs and memories in order to rewire them to best serve you.

Clinical EFT uses 9 research proven acupressure points guided by a clinically trained practitioner. While other approaches using less acupressure points have reports of success, research is still pending.
